iPhone app not displaying not notifying Outlook events

Outlook desktop app and iPhone app shown on the same date. Outlook calendar is selected as viewable on the iPhone app. iPhone app is up to date.
I tried restarting my phone and the app, that didn't work. I deleted the calendar then added it back in. That worked for roughly 3 hours, then it stopped syncing properly. Using an iPhone 12 on iOS 17.6.1. This also had a problem with iOS 17.5.1. The problem started happening roughly 2 weeks ago.

Thanks so much Chris! Yes! Still happening. In fact, I found that now I don’t find any updates starting tomorrow 10/24, even with the “hack”.

So if you check again, does it not show updates for 10/25? Does it look like the pattern is it doesn't show past the next day?

Not quite. It doesn’t show anything from Outlook starting 10/24 and 10/25 included.
It used to be I could go back to a date that previously loaded thing, then the current date would populate, but now that doesn’t work. It’s kind of confusing to explain in text.

I wanted to put some new details here. So, it's a pretty weird bug. Outlook doesn't sync for any days after 10/16 when you load up the app. However, if you load 10/16 or a day before that, then go to the current day, like today 10/18, the Outlook events will appear. If you close the app then re-open it for today's date, 10/18, Outlook events will not appear again. Furthermore, there won't be notifications, even if you did the hack of going to a previous date to load the events.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and disconnecting and reconnecting the calendars. The desktop app works perfectly fine. Google calendar integration works perfectly fine as well.
My iOS has been updated to 18.0.1 since release. It was working fine when the update came through.
