Agreed! If I have my work filter on and I add a task that comes up for work, I either have to remember to label it while creating it or search/unfilter to find it and then label it to have it appear in my current filter.

Would be much easier if there was also a toggle for unlabeled items

This is particularly painful for me when I have tasks filtered by a label but I add a task via my iPhone shortcut. It doesn't add a label by default so I don't see it in my filtered view and then I miss tasks.

My use case here is: I split up my daily tasks between work and personal stuff. I have way less personal stuff so I label those. In order to just see my work tasks, I have to label all those. It would be much easier if I could just filter to unlabeled.

How so? Do you mean there should be a label called "unlabeled" that is default on any task not yet given a label?
