Roll-over tasks to the next day not works

I've been requesting chatbot support for months and haven't been able to resolve the issue. I've also sent emails to technical support, but no one has responded. The chatbot told me to write to support@todoist.com (I'm embarrassed that they're telling me to contact the competition instead of providing a solution). All my tasks are locked on the day in question and won't carry over to the next day unless I complete them.

Chris I've sent several emails because tasks aren't being carried over to the next day, and I'm missing important ones. I haven't received a response. I contacted the AI support team, and the only response was to email support@todoist.com for them to resolve the issue.
